1. În business nu există noțiunea de «bărbat-femeie».
În business regulile jocului sunt destul de dure, și dacă intri într-o luptă de afaceri deopotrivă cu un bărbat, nu trebuie să te aștepți la «favoruri», chiar dacă ești femeie. Mulți consideră că imaginea de business woman este doar un concept la modă. Este o părere greșită. De aceea, o adevărată business-woman nu privește business-ul prin prisma apartenenței sexuale. Iar dacă nu ține cont de aceasta, este «mâncată» pe loc.
2. Onestitatea, responsabilitatea și ambițiile sănătoase.
A fi responsabil pentru acțiunile și activitățile efectuate, respectând în același timp principiile proprii de viață. În business se calcă peste orice principii. Altceva e ce atitudine ai şi cum îţi construieşti propria afacere. Pentru mine contează foarte mult sinceritatea şi încrederea în parteneri, fără de care este foarte greu de realizat nişte proiecte comune. Dacă simt că partenerul minte, rup colaborarea cu acesta – întotdeauna se vor găsi oameni gata să conlucreze deschis. Și nu uitați despre propriile ambiții! Femeile sunt foarte ambițioase! Și evaluarea inadecvată a unei situații particulare, poate pune întreaga afacere în pericol. Nu priviți lucrurile subiectiv, învățați să vă detașați!
3. Persistență și determinare.
Perseverența, dedicația, dorința de creștere profesională, capacitatea de a lua deciziile rapid, dar și curajul de a lua responsabilitatea asupra lucrurilor — aceasta este cheia succesului unei business lady. Liberă, curajoasă, puternică, cu o lume interioară bogată, dornică de independență — femeia-lider mereu luptă pentru principiile sale. Ea nu acceptă răspunsul «nu», când știe că există o soluție mai bună.
4. Pasiunea pentru ceea ce faci.
Business-ul meu — e pasiunea mea. Toate proiectele pe care le-am realizat vreodată, și-au luat naștere în adâncul sufletului meu. Pentru mine, acestea sunt ca și copiii, în care investesc, le pun pe picioare, iar apoi aștept un rezultat pentru mine personal, dar și pentru societate. Noi suntem ghidați de pasiunea pentru noi provocări, noi proiecte, asta e ceea ce ne inspiră! Inspirația venită din interior, apare în ochii omului, în lumina din ei, care reflectă starea interioară și respectiv starea fizică în care se află omul. Din acest motiv, business-ul este o parte componentă importantă din viața unei business lady.
5. Arată impecabil!
Lucrurile stau așa: dacă nu îți faci manichiura, dacă nu arăți bine și nu radiezi, atunci vor avea de suferit și familia (soțul «va da bir cu fugiții»), și cariera (o femeie neîngrijită nu inspiră încredere partenerilor) și așa mai departe. Fiecare femeie, care visează la o carieră de succes, trebuie să treacă la ordinea zilei procedurile la salonul de frumusețe, ca fiind una din cele mai importante task-uri de îndeplinit. Cum spunea A.P.Cehov: «La om totul trebuie să fie frumos: şi faţa, şi îmbrăcămintea, şi sufletul, şi gândurile!».

The business rules are pretty tough and if you start the «fight» with an experienced businessman, you shouldn’t expect «favors», even if you’re a woman. Many persons have a wrong idea that being in business is just an another «trend». The reality is that if in business you don’t forget about the fact that you’re a woman, they will crush and smash you!

The business has no principles, but this fact shouldn’t affect you. «It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see.» In life, trust is a very important topic and i want my business partners and colleagues to be honest with me. if i feel that my business partner is cheating on me — i let him go. There will always be people willing to work openly.
3. Persistence and determination.
Perseverance, dedication, desire for professional growth, ability to make quick decisions, also the courage to take responsibility — major keys of success. Free, brave, strong, with a rich inner world, independent — the woman leader always fight for her principles. She doesn’t accept the answer «no», when she knows that there is a better solution!
4. Being passionate about what you do.
My business is my passion. All the projects i’ve ever done were «born» in the depths of my soul. My projects are like my children- i invest love and time in them, then i wait for them to grow up and to be useful to society. We are guided by passion and excited by creativity and inspiration. Inspiration isn’t something you get, it comes from within, it comes from your core and it makes your eyes radiating love and light. Now you see, why being passionate about what you do is important in your way to success?
5. The perfect looking
It is very simple: if you’re not making your manicure, if you’re not looking good — it will affect your family, as well as your career (people don’t trust bad looking women). A woman who dreams to achieve career heights , should always have time for a beauty salon. If you don’t have yet this task on your list for today — now is the perfect time to make an appointment!
